How do I book a car wash/valet?

Please visit the Contact Us page, email or call us and we can find a service and time that suits you.

Are you insured? 

Yes we are fully insured, by AXA. Whilst we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service and we obviously take the care of your car very seriously, if anything unexpected was to happen we are fully covered and would put it right asap. 

How far do you travel?

We will travel within a 10 mile radius of North Walsham or Holt with no additional charge. Greater distances may incur a fuel surcharge. Please ask when booking. 

How does the loyalty system work?

Simply have your car washed /valeted by us on the same service 11 times within 2 years and we will do the 12th wash for free. 

Can you still wash my car if it's raining? 

We are not made of sugar and so as long as it's not hammering it down we can still carry out the valet. We would obviously contact you if there were likely to be any issues. 

Do you need water & power?

No. We carry our own water and if needed we also have on board generators. If you do have an outside power point, we may ask to use that if possible. 

What is snow foam?

Snow foam is a revolutionary wash system that helps lift dirt off the surfaces of your car. This means that the dirt washes off much more easily and there is far less potential for scratching and dulling of paintwork than you would get using sponges and water, a waterless system or a jet wash alone.
